Custom orders typically ship within 10 business days of proof approval. If you need it faster, please call us at 631-298-0005 to confirm whether Rush Service is available for your items.
ReturnsCustom products are not eligible for return if the product is produced in accordance with the approved proof. If you have any issues, please call us at 631-298-0005 and our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.
Non-custom products are elibigle for return within 7 days of product receipt. Please contact customer service at 631-298-0005 for a return authorization. Products which are returned without a return authorization and within 10 days of the original ship date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Neither original shipping freight nor return freight be refunded.
